“Welcome to Oakridge Literacy Bag” program is designed as a resource to parents to educate them about the importance of early literacy skills and how to implement crucial skills at home, beginning at infancy.The bag has a variety of information on
development, parent-child play and literacy.Early literacy skills developed from birth and play a key role in providing a foundation for the child to learn to read as they enter school.
